ITALIAN RECIPE: SPAGHETTI WITH SAUSAGE RAGOUT, MUSHROOMS AND EMILIAN SAUCE

List of Ingredients for Your Italian Pasta Recipe

*Ingredients to get from Graziella’s Best Foods

1 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 tsp of chillies (dependent on the heat)

1 Bottle Pomodoro al Basillico - 350g - Tomato puree and Basil

500g Liguori spaghetti or 350g Gluten Free Spaghetti


250g Sausage

300g Mushroom (you can opt for the Dried Porcini Mushrooms)

Clove of garlic (Minced)

Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

Sear the sausage in a hot pan with a drop of oil. Add the mushrooms and cook for a few minutes as soon as it is cooked. Add the Pomodoro al Basillico Sauce, season with salt and cook well.

Cook the spaghetti in boiling water, drain a few minutes before cooking, and add to the pan with the sauce.

Finish cooking and serve.
